Orders placed before 5pm (EST) Monday to Friday are eligible for next day delivery for the local Geelong Region, subject to product availability.
Deliveries outside of the local Geelong Region, delivery will be within 5 working days, subject to product availability.
Delivery fee applies at a flat rate of $3.50 ex. GST for all deliveries scheduled by the Byars Packaging vehicles. Freight charges will apply to all other deliveries outside of this schedule.
Delivery hours are between 8am and 5pm weekdays.
Estimated delivery times are a guide only and Byars Packaging will not be held responsible for time delays.
Please note any products on back order will be dispatched in the next available delivery schedule.
Product Return Policy
Products may be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note within 14 days of receiving the goods, providing the products are returned in their original condition and packaging.
Delivery costs for the returned products are at the customer’s expense.
Byars Packaging must be contacted prior to the return for authorisation.
All returns outside of the above policy will be at the discretion and subject to approval by Byars Packaging.
