Description
The FastFri FF18 is Moffat’s 400mm wide gas fryer, with an 18 litre open stainless steel pan that has no tubes to clean around.
A 90MJ multi-jet target burner gives a production rate of 25kg an hour, and a mechanical thermostat sets the oil from 100 to 190°C.
It runs on gas alone, so it needs no power point, and you order it for either natural gas or LPG.
