Greaseproof is not the same as baking paper
Greaseproof resists oil and is for wrapping and lining at ambient or warm temperatures. Baking paper is silicone-treated and is for the oven — you'll find that under Kitchen Supplies. Using the wrong one is a common and avoidable mistake.
Food-contact suitability matters
Anything touching food should be specified as food-contact suitable. We'll tell you what a product is rated for. If the documentation doesn't support a claim, we won't make it.
