What we carry

Board first, box second
The board is what actually carries the cake. Under-specify the board and the cake flexes, the icing cracks and the box does nothing to help. Match the board size to the cake and the box to the board, in that order.
Window boxes sell the product
For anything decorated, a window box does the selling before the customer opens it. It also stops the lid being lifted in the car, which is where a lot of cakes meet their end.
Get the sizes right once
Cake boxes come in a lot of sizes and half of them are nearly the same. Work out your standard sizes, standardise on them, and buy them by the carton — it's cheaper, it's faster to pick, and your staff stop guessing.
