About this range
What we carry in this range
Bakeware is part of our Kitchenware range. Ask us and we will point you at the right line for your site.
Commercial bakeware is asked to go from freezer to oven, hold its shape through thousands of cycles, and release cleanly every time.
What we carry
Baking trays. Cake pans, pie dishes and tart pans. Bread and loaf pans. Moulds, cutters and rings. Cooling racks. Cake stands and covers. Pastry accessories, piping bags and nozzles. Cream whippers. Sieves.
Tray size drives everything
Your trays have to fit your oven, your racks, your trolleys and your benches. Standardise on a tray size and the whole back of house gets faster. Don't, and you'll be moving product between formats all day.
Non-stick coatings wear
They are a consumable, not a permanent feature — and cutting on them, scouring them or running them through an aggressive wash cycle shortens their life considerably. If a coating is failing early, the cleaning process is usually the cause.
Cooling is part of production
Under-specified cooling racks are one of the most common bottlenecks in a bakery. If product is stacking up out of the oven, that's usually where to look.
Questions for bakeware
Open full FAQWhat size baking trays should I buy?

Why is my non-stick bakeware failing early?
Usually the cleaning process. Non-stick coatings are a consumable, and cutting on them, scouring them or running them through an aggressive wash cycle shortens their life considerably.
