About this range
What we carry in this range
Coffee Cups is part of our Disposable Packaging range. Browse the product groups, or ask us and we will point you at the right line for your site.
Coffee cups are the highest-volume line most cafés buy, and the one where a small specification error costs the most, most often.
What we carry
Bio cups, single wall cups and double wall cups. Lids to match.
The lid is the cup
The single most common complaint we hear is a lid that pops off, leaks or doesn't seat. Lids and cups are matched systems — mixing brands or generations is where it goes wrong. If you're switching cups, switch lids at the same time, and take a sample before you commit to a pallet.
Single wall, double wall or ripple
Single wall is the cheapest per unit and needs a sleeve for anything hot. Double wall insulates on its own — better in the hand, better on the bench, fewer sleeves to buy. Ripple sits between the two. Work out your true cost per served coffee, not your cost per cup.
Sizing that matches your machine
4oz, 6oz, 8oz, 12oz and 16oz are the common sizes. Getting the size right against your basket and your milk jug is the difference between a consistent product and a barista fighting the cup.
Custom printed cups
We supply branded cups. Lead times and minimums vary — talk to us well before a launch or a refit, not after.
Questions for coffee cups
Open full FAQDo I need single wall or double wall coffee cups?
Single wall is cheaper per unit but needs a sleeve for anything hot — so work out your cost per served coffee, not per cup. Double wall insulates on its own: better in the hand, fewer sleeves to buy, less to think about.
Why don't my coffee cup lids fit properly?
Cups and lids are matched systems. Mixing brands or product generations is almost always the cause. If you're switching cups, switch lids at the same time — and take a sample before you commit to a pallet.
Can Byars supply custom printed coffee cups?
Yes. Lead times and minimum quantities vary by product, so talk to us well before a launch or a refit rather than after.
